Corporate Fellowship Development Manager
The Lucky Foundation, a 5013c3 Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation governed by adventure enthusiasts who are driven towards sourcing scholarships to empower the youth of fallen United States Military and First Responders, is seeking volunteer leaders to join its dynamic Advisory Board Committee.
The Lucky Foundation is seeking a strategic partnership and stewardship expert to join our Advisory Board Committee as a Corporate Fellowship Development Manager. The Corporate Fellowship Development Manager will be part of the Committee of the Advisory Board, a position which comes with more responsibilities than joining as a member. The Corporate Fellowship Development Manager position will be responsible for providing direction, guidance, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
· Communicate and collaborate with teams across all functional areas of the organization.
· Support investor relations and fundraising activities.
· Assist in the evaluation of capital allocation decisions alongside senior leadership team and investors.
· Evaluate macro-level trends, track competitor strategies, and communicate insights to support organizational strategy.
· Manage cross-functional due diligence teams with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
· Lead the execution of key organizational growth initiatives, including strategic partnerships.
· Ensure effective management of post-closing deal terms and hand-off to integration teams.
· Execute transactions including process management, structuring, negotiations, and closing deals.
· Analyze the pro forma implications of strategic partnerships on The Lucky Foundation’s growth trajectory, business mix and margin.

· Perform due diligence, including financial analysis & risk assessments in support of proposed transactions.

· Lead the execution of key organizational growth initiatives, including strategic partnerships.
· Prepare high-quality, donor-related marketing materials and proposals for constituents.
· Prepare stewardship reports for high-wealth donors.
· Draft correspondence for organizational leadership.
· Work with Marketing and others in the organization to ensure that organizational brand is consistent and that donors are seeing a consistent message online, in social media, and in print when it comes to common language about The Lucky Foundation.
· All other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Required skills:
· Experience building and managing teams.
· MBA preferred.
· You excel in a dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing organization.
· High proficiency with valuation modeling and techniques.
· Fluency with Excel
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve in ambiguous situations.
· You are an excellent communicator that can manage cross-group collaboration (product, engineering, sales, operations, etc.)
