Your support helps The Lucky Foundation continue serving families affected by the loss or serious injury of their Fallen Hero. There are multiple ways to give, advocate, and help sustain our mission.

General Operating Support

Give unrestricted general operating support dollars now. Consider accelerating the payment of multi-year pledge payments. You also can release restrictions on previously made gifts.

Give even if you are concerned about volatility in the stock market and the impact on your investment portfolio. While we understand concerns such as these, we also recognize that it is a privilege to have an investment portfolio as a source of income and financial security. Today is the rainy day you were saving for; the families whose lives we touch may have just lost everything.

Online Giving

Give online to The Lucky Foundation if you have been unable to attend previously planned events. During this unprecedented time, our organization has pivoted to virtual fundraising strategies while working to reach our fundraising goals without being able to host our largest fundraising events throughout the Nation.

Charitable and In-Kind Donations

Charitable donations help sustain programs that support families, children, and communities connected to our mission.

In-kind donations are gifts that come in the form of goods and services. When gifts are given in the form of goods, they have a monetary value, and the receipt can be used for tax purposes. If a gift is in the form of a service, it is not tax-deductible. In the case of goods received as gifts, their value is determined by the donor and not the nonprofit.

Vehicle Donations

The Lucky Foundation is proudly partnered with CarEasy 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization. Car donations and other vehicle donations for nonprofits and charities have the potential to drive hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars for programs supporting families and children in need, veterans, animal shelters, education, research, disaster relief, public broadcasting, and much more. Be a Vocal Advocate

Be vocal advocates for our nonprofit sector. Many of the families affected by the loss of their Fallen Hero cannot recover if the nonprofit sector is not specifically included as part of all relief and recovery efforts. More needs to be done to ensure nonprofit organizations can maintain operating levels, pivot to address new and increasing demands, and prevent losses resulting from the discontinuation of programs. We need to encourage more charitable giving.
