National Mobility Manager
The Lucky Foundation, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation governed by adventure enthusiasts who are driven towards sourcing scholarships to empower the youth of fallen United States Military and First Responders, is seeking volunteer leaders to join its dynamic Advisory Board Committee.
The Lucky Foundation is seeking a human resource expert to join our Advisory Board of Directors as the National Mobility Manager.
Job Summary
Partnering with the National Mobility Director, the National Mobility Manager will aid in coaching and development initiatives to improve the Foundation and implement professional development and career pathing strategies. This position serves as a trusted strategic partner to all team members and people managers, delivering leading-edge advisory services related to the alignment of resources, roles, and responsibilities that all add value to and successfully support the Foundation’s business strategy.
Responsibilities
Co-Leads the Organizational Development and Learning team.
Builds the strategy, tools, and rollout for career development planning and mentorship program design and partner with team members to implement, design, and deliver new leader integration support.
Assists in the delivery of internally developed and/or externally sourced development programs for team members, including leadership training, team building events, and educational programming.
Supports performance management by embedding best practices across the business in areas such as coaching, goal setting, feedback, development opportunities, and succession planning.
Assists with designing and developing a career path strategy, methodologies, and tools to enable mobility for team members across the organization.
Assists with the development of the functional and leadership skills and competencies required for all jobs and build developmental and promotional opportunities within job families and functional areas.
Assists with the needs assessment for training and professional development to enhance the effectiveness of performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Assists with the implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members.
Provides advice and counsel on organizational and team effectiveness-related issues.
All other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Education and Experience
Earned a BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university (Required);
MBA or MA/MS in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience (Required)
